why ? - suspect - what captain did it ? - or what happened ?

I was paying a captain to get a person out from Poland -
the captain turned his head away and didn't see the fellow
go and hide in the bilge -
it was 1968 Poland - was still under the red ussr -
bolshevikz communisticz slave times -
it can happen again -
history repeat itself -
so who payed the captain ? - or what happened ? -
to drag the anchor to cut the cables ? ? ? -
the 9/11 terror continues ? -
when all focus on election issues ? -

Gold was in a high POG biggest buyers from India -
suddenly why is an oiltanker taking out the IT cables ? -
but there have been reports that the breaks were related -
to a tanker dragging its anchor along the sea bed ? -
and the POG price goes down $30-50/oz ?
it hasn't happen before ? -
why ? when POG is about to fly ? -
