Ok I have been writing to the company for a few weeks now and have finally gotten a response back!! It's about time!! I will post below for you to read and make your own conclusions, I have hid my name obviously on the letter here.

Dear Mr. ********

Thank you for the e-mails you have sent recently. I do understand the shareholders concern and wondering about the lack of news from Imagitrend. This by no means should be taken as the company is not expanding on it's interests. We have had to fix a discrepancy with stock shares from a previous company and that has now been completed. In regards to your question about the acquisitions that were supposed to have taken place, please be advised that one has been completed and we are awaiting paperwork from the second acquisition before we make a formal announcement. If you have been invested in stocks before, you will understand that lawyers sometimes tell you when you can make notice to the public about certain events without going against SEC rules and regulations. One final point regarding Eternal Gems. If you remember the PR from November regarding the company, the facility and operations have started and you will receive an update soon. I think that covers all of your questions you had and I hope I didn't leave anything out. Thank you and the board for sticking with us through all of these events.
