NSOMNIYAK CHALLENGE....

Below are my picks for PSL8. These are also my best picks for 2008. I've placed very brief DD text in this post along with a link to much lengthier DD. A theme to be noticed in these picks is that for the most part these picks are not dependent upon a strong US economy. Enjoy!

ZYNX I'm expecting Q4 earnings in the $0.03-$0.04 ballpark but probably towards the lower end. To put this in perspective ZYNX closed at $1.31 today. Earnings should continue to grow on a sequential basis throughout 2008.

DGLY They have had phenomenal growth which I expect to continue. They have two new products that I expect to be announced in Q1. There could also be some large product sales announced. I've been doing some deeper DD on them recently and I think their product portfolio has a huge amount of room for growth.

AYSI I think littlefish may have mentioned this stock before. Among other things he said something about earnings of $0.043 in Q4.

CKGT They earned $0.044/share last quarter and last traded at $0.082. IMO they are quite undervalued. Earnings should grow from here.

EGMI They recently raised guidance. They are guiding for earnings of $0.09 in 2008. They closed today at $0.64. This could be a multi-year story.

RBCL They made $0.029/share last quarter (fully taxed) and last traded at $0.826. Last quarter they had a one time charge of $134,000. Without that charge they would have made $0.033/share. They have been growing revenue and have a backlog near record levels. In Q4 I think RBCL will have an EPS in the $0.028-$0.04 range.
