Anyone familiar with Rowan Companies (RDC)???????

They are in contract drilling and offshore rig mfg.

One of their subsidiaries is not far from here which is a steel mill and mfg.'s some of the rig stuff.. (Le Tourneau).
One of my relatives does some work for Le Tourneau and he said they have expanded greatly at the steel/mfg. plant with more capacity and several new buildings....

Just curious???????????

Any thoughts?????????
