Memo from Eric (in case you missed it - READ)
Memo to: Steven Hess

Good afternoon -

You and the other shareholders who had the vision and courage to be involved with our shares during their recent triple zero and double zero excursions deserve every bit of capital gain that may come your way, whether realized through sale of your holding or by showing a net gain in your portfolio.

The best favour that I can do for you all is to continue authenticity of purpose and let the shares recover through natural buying, while utilizing restraint and finesse in the timing and size of capital subscriptions so as not to pull the rug out of the recovery.

This authenticity includes timing our business moves relative to their operational factors and timing our news releases in accordance with their true occurrence. If through this approach the company can earn the reputation of being aware of shareholder dignity – not engaging in shareholder exploitation – then we will all take pride in the company’s growing good name.

Winning Brands’ mission is to replace hazardous chemicals in widespread use with safer alternatives, with an initial focus on cleaning. There are many additional uses of chemical products in society where improvements are possible – enough meaningful work to last a lifetime. In the present moment our task is to have a consumer product(s) make a breakthrough that would symbolize Winning Brands’ ability to be relevant and profitable in this mission.

We have much to do next year, and there is no obvious end in sight to our opportunities over the years following that. Let us therefore use the best of our intellectual, spiritual and emotional instincts to earn the standing of an international success story and to inspire others through example.

We have clarity of purpose, the proper motivation and a long term approach. Generally in life things work out well when these elements are aligned. On behalf of the management of Winning Brands Corporation I thank the community of retail shareholders for their foresight.

Sincerely,

Eric Lehner, CEO
