Arturo, in a nutshell, these are the facts:
1. The company name associated with the ticker GSNH has been changed to Dovarri, Inc. as is evidenced by a Nevada SOS filing.

2. Dovarri, Inc. has confirmed, both verbally and in writing, that their company is doing a reverse merger into the GSNH corporate shell.

3. Dovarri is a successful 14-15 year old company, managed by some pretty bright people. They have developed some award winning CRM software.

4. Dovarri is one of only two accredited vendors in partnership with HP to provide CRM software on HP platforms.

5. Dovarri is not one guy working out of his garage. It's an established company with 27 employees.

6. Dovarri has placed their investor relations contact info on their website within the past two days. A privately held company has absolutely no need for such information on its website.

Nothing you can say changes any of these facts. All of your assertions, which have undergone some remarkable changes over the past few days, are pure speculation. We've given you the facts, now I'll give you my speculation:

1. There will be a reverse merger between GSNH and Dovarri in the very near future.

2. The former officers of GSNH will be replaced by the management team at Dovarri.

3. The GSNH ticker will change to something like DVRI.

4. The capital share structure of the company will change to suit the needs of Dovarri management.

5. Dovarri won't be on the Pink Sheets for very long.

6. The share price of GSNH will rise significantly as more and more investors realize what could happen here.

and here's the big speculation---this reverse merger is one of those that has the potential to move the price of GSNH shares to 10, 20, 50, 100 times its current level. How ya like them marbles? HAH!

I don't know who found this entry in the Nevada SOS records, but I want him/her to know that I'm grateful, regardless of the outcome. Just being here is a whole bunch of fun whether we make any money or not.
