My reason for buying:

1) Uranium is headed higher. China will build plenty of Nuclear power plants that will drive Uranium prices even higher.

2) Copper shortage. Again, China is in play. China has yet to upgrade it's rural areas. they'll need lots of copper to wire homes, build gadgets and what not.

3) Silver is still going strong. Also getting scarce due to manufacturing demand.

4) Platinum, a crucial resource in car building (catalytic converters). crucial mineral for harvesting hydrogen as well. If Fuel Cells will be the wave of the future, platinum will be needed to harvest hydrogen until better technology comes out.

5) Palladium, same use for hydrogen harvest. scarcer than Platinum (but worth a lot less for now).

I don't know a dang thing about charts or TA, I look at a company's fundamentals/intrinsic value and go from there.

thoughts, anyone?
