We are consolidating at 3-4. This volume is amazing. I see this as a longer play than this run we are having. Once 2008 rolls around, I think we will be getting some multiple significant PRs of different loan closings and eventual merge with conduit lender. SHould be quite a ride for a couple months, like SWVC had, as new loan closings come in, buyback and merge. Multiple PR should be hitting soon, end of dec into jan and feb.....also, we may see some PR about the BCLOC loans being increased from 750 million to 1 billion becasue of the interest rates being reset. I think that was part of the reason for the delay, becasue of interest rates and the real estate market needing to be settled some before moves were made. Seems to be settling down soon, with the fed probably inducing one more rate cut to take care of the housing sector which does have a slight effect on commercial real estate.....I think HCPC will deal alot with laons beign taken out for big apartment complexes and office buildings. No slow down in apartment complex real estate with housing forclosures and builders holding off some on gun ho construction.......the multiple events I suspect are coming, is at first, we will have some traditional loans closing PRed.... the a bit of a quiet period, then some more traditional loans closings announced. Then some buy backs announced, then some transparenbcy with who the conduit lender is (will be huge!) and in negotiations with for the BCLOC loans. Almost closing on a BCLOC loan announcement....official first closing of BCLOC loan (should be at .01 by then), then a second BCLOC loan closed, more buy backs announced, merge with conduit lender....by then we should be at .03-.05.
As you can see, this could be a huge multi event stock with lots of PR getting the price up there!
One thing for sure, the potential for this to be one of the biggest runners of 2008 is there! That's why I encourage the impatient, that if you want the big money in this, but minimize risk, just wait for it to double, then cash in half of your shares to get your initial investment back and ride the rest as freebies for monster money. You have to allow yourself the chance at leas tto make some serious cash, instead of always playing for just flipper money and moving on to the next mediocre stock. I am identifying this as one of those stocks that keeps going, like SWVC or XKEM did.....it wasn't an overnight or 3 day explosion and it was over. This has the makings of a month long gradual climb into some serious gains. We may get a few 100% gain days, but this is not a %500 in one day gainer..... look for this to have some explosion, but more so, a gradual long ( think in weeks, not days) climb.
