OLNK OneLink Corp (.022) dd...

I spoke to the CEO Bill Guerin last night(415)293-8277 to see what I could find out about the company and the recent volume. I found out for the past year the company has been involved in litigation and they have been working hard to clear that up. Bill said this law suit was very time consuming and took a lot of time/energy that the company would have otherwise spent growing the business...hence, the drop in pps. I asked him about the recent volume...and he informed me that it is most likely a combination of investors...both large and retail buying down here ahead of expected news...and that some investors have been invested with the company since the stock was trading over 1.00 last year...

GOOD NEWS…the company has settled the law suit and as a result will be able to add 6 million dollars to their balance sheet!!....this might also account for the recent buying interest in the stock lately.

Bill said we should expect a PR shortly that will update investors on everything that has transpired over the past year, and the future direction of the company. It sounds like he is very eager to move forward and get the company back on track…He told me they currently have existing contracts in place and have great partners in the US as well as Europe…

Bill also said prior to the litigation they were a fully reporting company, and he is very focused on obtaining that status again. Bill came across to me as a very down to earth CEO and seemed very focused and determined to get the business moving forward again.

I asked him about the share structure, he said the A/S is 100M and O/S is around 50M…but with insider holdings…should put the float under 20 mil. Right now the market cap is just a fraction of the 6 million dollars they will be adding to the balance sheet from the lawsuit alone…
