Unico Inc AZ Voting Instructions For Special Meeting Of Shareholders

On 20th November 2007 Unico Inc AZ (OTCBB: UCOI) filed a DEF14A with the Securities and Exchange Commission http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1110737/000126246307000141/f08162.htm.

The meeting is to be held in San Diego on 21st December 2007 and the main matter to be voted upon is the authorization for the Board of Directors to affect a reverse stock split of the companies common shares at a ratio of up to 500/1 up to six months after the meeting date.
