Mix, the PPS declined due to the fact that the company was diluting shares for cash flow. Where as in most cases the word DILUTING is a major reason to run, this is the exception. Rather then go thru what 99% of all Pinks do and that is to get into bed with VC vipers like Cornell, Eric chose to sell shares for capital. That process has now stopped and with the way things are shaping up, like the PR today concerning the Kind detergent, this is just a buying opp that you can take advantage off.
It is not uncommon to scratch ones head and say.." Yea a pink sheet stock that is legit"...there just are far too many crooks in this sector not to be skeptic. But I am very confident that because this company has been staying the same course for the past year, with not one FLUFF PR to try and push this stock, with nothing but timely and honest PR and a product line that is on the hot list all over the planet, this is the Pink Sheet that you will say..damn sure am glad I was brave enough to risk f few hundred bucks to get in on this at .0008 and look at it now its .10 in only 6 months....could happen, could happen very easy....also I am not a pumper of this stock, I have owned it since Oct of 06, I am now hot on it because the time is very close when it will come together and can be talked about as our future is just around the corner...

Top, this will be in Home D a lot sooner then 6 months, trust me a whole lot sooner then that....3 is tops, from the time they announce it to the time it hits the shelves. This whole cost to cost distribution network they have spent the time to set up, it was done entirely for the Home Depot. Once they got into HD in Canada and the product was a hit they were told, you want the US you need to be able to supply us. So it will work just like this. The distributor buys it from Winning Brands...its shipped to them. Then H.D put in an order for the region and that distrib. takes it to the local Home Depot distribution warehouse and they ship it to their stores. The deal that was put in place to manufacture on a delayed payment basis a couple of months ago..that was so Winning Brands would not have to pay the manufacture they use to produce the product up front, they could wait to get their money from Home Depot for orders shipped, that is usually a 30 day payment plan, then they take that money and pay their manufacture, which they set up for a 60 day payment. This has all been done with the Home Depot in mind and its coming together soon. Now look at it this way also...Ms Mills she is a seasoned marketing guru...she now goes to new clients and can tell them in confidence that this product will soon be carried by the Home Depot...and they of coarse don’t want the competition to have something they don’t, so Wham a new client comes on board. Yep 6 months from now we will be long past this PPS and racing towards who know what.

Morning all, we have been getting some nice PR over the past week. All of the pieces of the puzzle are falling into place after a long well organized year. Winning Brands now has distribution set up from coast to coast, with the South and North also covered. They have made there mark into the "Mom and Pop" stores in the US and are now poised for the big boys. With the addition of an experienced sales manage in Patricia Dianne Miles, whose resume is very impressive we are ready. I expect to see with in the next 60 days announcements of us going into some of the bigger national chains here in the US. We know that Home Depot is a natural fit, what with them being in H.D Canada, but I expect to see Ms. Miles land accounts in Wal Mart, Lowes, and others like Costco, Meijer’s, et. Once they get the recognition from their Winning Colours brand, all of the other products in the portfolio will just add that much more value to the mix. They announcement yesterday on ReGuard 4 was very big, the non toxic dry cleaning division will be very big in the coming few years. As some of you know I have been with this stock since Oct of last year, they have done this right; they are not the typical Penny stock. No debt thru dilution, when we roll there will be no worry of some viper holding millions of share for past debt that they will kill our PPS with. Plans are in the works for this stock to move to the OTCBB and then on to the bigger boards, with I am sure the AMEX as the target. That is the perfect board for us, small cap retail haven..Its going to be a fantastic 08 and buying in at these prices is like bending over to pick up a quarter and seeing a roll of $1,000.00 bills lying under some leaves. Going to be fun so lets "Clean Up"...ohhhh that was bad.,LOL
