You have to connect the dots here because Aquagold is a pinky. They have been very transparent - releasing the actual documents they PR to the public, etc. I send a lot of emails out per day asking questions to people connected at all different levels of this deal. When I asked them why Aquagold went public via pinky R/M, the answers i got began to make sense. Aquagold had positioned itself to receive some very large contracts through some relationships they had developed over the years with Chinese officials and powerful business men within China. As it got closer to begin executing these contracts, I was told that the Chinese wanted Aquagold to be publicly trading (probably because they wanted a piece of a publicly trading company BEFORE they gave them one of the biggest bottle water importing contracts ever - which makes sense). NOW, Aquagold had contracts - but they did not have a whole lot of $$$. So the cheapest and FASTEST way to go public is via pinky R/M. They tried and failed before, but finally found the right match in ONMC. Now that they are public - many of the terms of the contracts begin to kick in. Aquagold is also in a financial relationship with Iriquois. Iriquois was partly owned by Cott (NYSE:COT) which upgraded their bottling facility with state of the art equipment. Iriqouis has confirmed that they have the capacity to deliver the aquagold contract. Rumors are also swirling that Aquagold has relationships with several other bottlers - yet to be named. So now all signs point to Aquagold becoming a major player in the China botttle water importing industry (which due to rising demand IMO - is a whole subsector in itself). Aquagold may be the puppet for a very very large Chinese backed plan to push out all the other bottled water importing companies or at least seriously COMPETE with other controlling Chinese interests as Bottled water demand rises. In the end i see only one thing happening here if the DD continues to back these things up - a very big demand for this stock among Chinese power players pulling the strings to clear the path for this little known player to rise to the ranks.
