Its simple but the last time I will explain it. The mm/mm's shorted it down with the blessing of PNMS because after the shortdown they were guaranteed that PNMS will dump enough into the market for them to cover and make quite a bit of money and a bunch to sell during any run. Now the company must do their part and increase the PPS. Lets see. 500 millioin shares at .01 = 5 million at .05 25 million at .10 50 million. Sweet huh.
