DOW 30 Performances: DOW has reached a measured target of correction from 10/11/07 top. Daily price actions are oversold with positive divergences. Markets have closed at critical supports and will likely bounce from the supports.
However, as noted on previous post, the weak sectors supporting our economy are still trading near multi-year low, housing, financial, and discretionary. Good news is that we had good earning report from HPQ after hours; so, that Thanksgiving rally is hopeful as markets are oversold and entering into seasonably favorable months.
Caution is that the current market level is strong support as noted above it is a measured targeted support. Breaking the current supports is very bearish targeting 12800 +/-. Intraday price actions are showing positive divergences; however, as we have seen recently, markets are showing weak price actions; therefore, need to be cautious.
