I bet we get news after they convert all the CD's.
This would be the same scenario as when PLRS did the same strategy last year, with CD's and Warrants as well:
I've annotated the PLRS Chart when the CD+Warrants Play was accomplished, last year. It's annotated in Spanish, but anyone can copy the text and place it in an on-line translator.
Both situations are not 100% alike, but I find them to be very similar.
I bet that they'll begin with the news & hype, once the conversions and share swaps have been all done. And I don't expect much selling until after a x10 to x20 Bagger from this point. They should keep at least 100 million shares, all the way up to $0.75-0.80.
