Just call the delaware SOS and they will confirm that Granite Golf (GGGI) is now Beverage Creations, Inc and that Bob Wieden is President and CEO.

He took control of the company over a month ago. Also, call the TA and they will confirm.

If you want information, do your DD. Its not that hard to make two phone calls.
