1) I think yes.

2) People come and go. Sometimes they're gone for good, sometimes they're just taking a break from posting. Phil has a MIA board that you might check #board-6478

3) I looked at this since it's come up a few times recently. I just went through and deleted any boardmarks from booted members. It wasn't terribly significant when compared with the total number of boardmarks.

4) I did the same thing with people marks. Again, not a significant number when compared with the total number of people marks.
