Wild speculation. Especially the 002 and 01 for a stock offer but i do realize that is purely example. And they have stated they cant afford audits so this should be interesting at best. 2 years worth will not be cheap.

Still need confimation on numbers with the financials of the shells - when we see them - we should be less sceptical. Lets get them to post the financials and it will put minds at ease. This is a really bad week to bring up anything to do with a shell play.
