SGTI out with their 10k. Interesting reading....

FD, FT eps of 0.62 (although this doesn't include all of the warrants and shares issued in the PIPE, and it appears to contain a one-time gain of roughly 0.13/share)

Current stock price of 3.30 x 3.5....could run up from here.
