It was done without much fanfare. It was quick. There was nothing unclassy about it, just a truthful statement that I could give it no more time, I had other priorities. If you are saying the classy thing would have been immediate full disclosure that I had doubts, well after waiting way more than several weeks for them to deliver on a promise made both to my face and in PR I did not have to state that. YOU KNEW IT TOO. YOU ALL KNEW THEY WERE NOT ACTING ON THEIR PROMISES OF TRANSPARENCY so you do not get to tell me I was hiding my feelings as if that was somehow shifty. If I had immediately attacked the company after selling that would be truly unclassy. However, I waited half a year during which time I hoped you'd get a good bounce (you did get one more to the teens I should add and could have sold), but if I bashed it right away I would have killed your chances at that. I gave it half a year for them to give you performance. I waited through the AS increase, the obvious dilution, the release of product and when it all came to naught then I finally said my piece which now including all that transpired AFTER I left. I gave you all the benefit of the doubt it may go well so no I did not express my doubts. That was the classy thing to do at the time of my departure actually. Recently I've told you they have not lived up to their promised bill of goods and you may be heading for a reverse split. They've done it before. I'm just helping those who want to face reality. That is the classy thing to do no matter how angry it makes some who are in denial. No other ulterior motive. Thats the deal.
