The press will begin coming frequently. This is simply the tip of the iceberg. I realize that this is somewhat cryptic, however, the picture we are painting here will become clearer as we explain more about our strategic positioning and execution initiatives. One of the challenges we face is explaining to our shareholders a highly complex situation by using short press bites, but the ramifications here are potentially enormous.
There are many reasons for putting the 141 deal together. The most important of these is that SWARM has much-to-much promise to shelve it Remember, our customers are brokers, hedge funds, proprietary trading operations, etc. It would be difficult to explain to these customers the benefits of SpoozToolz while unwittingly fostering the perception that we are competing with them for trading capital. Secondly, 141 Capital will be a registered entity, meaning it will have access to trading capital from the private and public sectors. Potentially, the company could raise billions to trade. Although there are many more reasons that I will not address here, another important reason is internal psychology. A company who provides trading solutions to customers, and a company who trades for profit, are distinctly different animals, with different personalities, cultures and personnel. Spooz needs to remain very focused upon the task at hand and not become the author of confusion by distorting our sense of identity.
We are not worried about the share price at this stage. We believe it will take care of itself. Keep the faith and stay tuned. The news will get more interesting.
