naiveté....As far as we know TQWI is not a part of the DVFA shell and hopefully have distanced themselves from it and any litigation. I am not a lawyer, I do not know if the shell is responsible for the legal missteps of the entities. It may have some of the holdover venture capital backers from TQWI, but with no PR , filings or Nv. SOS....

This good CEO bio needs updating...If we could have the PR on DVFA the same as TQWI there would be a lot more investor confidence around here...it all rests with the CEO. If you start adding all the little things you start building a personality profile on Mazzoni and you start getting the picture of a slob who never will succeed as a businessman..his reputation right now going downhill. If he tries to get a loan from any reputable bank, one of the first questions they will ask is "How do you treat your shareholders".
