Rationale for my 6picks:
EGMI - High growth electronic game company with recent release for US markets. UK release was very successful.
TRGD -
1. High potential junior gold miner; followed Bobwins into this one and down a ton, yet I'm optimistic its longterm will overshadow its recent history.
2. Based on today's selloff to start the contest, I guess I'm just a glutton for punishment.
SSTR -
A holding company focused on acquiring controlling stakes in electronic entertainment software businesses. Good recent earnings history; growth industry.
TTGL -
Biofuels distributor in southeast; could show good growth if crude stays high (lots of chickenfat in these Southern veggies).
UTVG - Chinese travel company followed in VMC area for awhile; profitable with good growth; getting into commercial shipping as well. I guess I like (and own) this one because I used to own a ton of PCLN but sold below $5, so I see this as a high-potential growth area, especially as Chinese get out of the rice paddies and take to the skies.
WWAT - Innovative alternative energy play; helps large operations keep energy costs down; big contract on left coast where they are HQ'd, plus large recent win in Spain. Other contract wins could easily take it back over $2 in a heartbeat.
