33% of the float is short, and the company announced big nooze on August 31. It's possible that further downward pressure was placed on the stock recently so that covering could begin at a more reasonable price.
My guess is she's worth at least $27 near-term.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
