This was basically the interview I conducted. I could have asked many more questions perhaps, but the time was very limited for just 1 meeting....... I am not the PR person, I do not speak for Panamersa.. If you don't like the information then sorry.. I quoted Pedro verbatim.......

Pepsi Q. Do you have any information on Port Sae.
Pedro A. Go to www.port-sae.com for updates. The pirate theme park will actually be a city made up of 5 boroughs.. Currently it is between the Rep. of Panama and one other country who are bidding on the project.

Pepsi Q. Are there any new companies on the exchange?
Pedro A. Announcement to be forthcoming soon (date not specified but asap)... There should be at least 20 new companies added.

Pepsi Q. What is being done with the money in the foundation??
Pedro A. Managed---Protected in behalf of the beneficiarys...

Pepsi Q. Who might UBSS represent?? Could you find out who they are---They started selling at .004 and continue..
Pedro A. In Pedro's opinion (opinion only) offshore funds, hedge funds--investment funds etc.

Pepsi Q. New president needs to put information through public channels.. Needs to show that it is not just business as usual but a new beginning.. What is being done in this regard??
Pedro A. A new president has been appointed.. Shareholders need to allow this new president the time to show that it is not business as usual, but that things will be moving along in a positive direction.

Pepsi Q. MT put out PR talking about SLJB and other penny scams and how PNMS is different. If PNMS follows their lead--makes for an easy target.
Pedro A. Panamersa is the only one who is promoting commercial integration of the Americas for profit---while protecting and integrating economies.

Pepsi Q. (From other shareholder) Why not update on the 15c211 and if they intend to stay on pinksheets why can't they do something to upgrade current rating STOP! NO INFORMATION AND WARNING UNSOLICITED QUOTES ONLY!
Pedro A. Send the new CEO an email J. Finegan and CC Pedro, and tell J. Finegan that Pedro expects (in a respectful manner of course) a reply to your question.

Pepsi Q. If I were someone coming to the party now and saw what is going on currently what would be my incentive to invest with this company.
Pedro A. CEO is working on these problems.. Do DD..

Pepsi Q. Could Jim put out easy verifiable links as to his expertise. If not PR then on the company website??
Pedro A. Shareholders do not run the company. Panamersa covers 4 regions (enormous area) and the CEO was hired by PNMS.

Pepsi Q. Needs to put to rest NSS issue--If no longer short position say so--If there is say how it is being handled and by whom, i.e., Law firm etc.
Pedro A. Pedro has been molded by the US in thinking. Dear to his heart and he wants to make this plain is the NSS issue. Very passionate about this one.

Pepsi Q. MTs restricted shares just came off restriction. Have they been sold or are they in the process of being sold?
Pedro A. None have been sold period. This has not happened. In order for MT to do this he would have to go through a lengthy process.

Pepsi Q. How did Jim Flanagan become hired by PNMS---Personal contact/friendship, formal application. How did PNMS find Jim Flanagan??
Pedro A. Jim Flanagan is the best candidate that PNMS had... It is not the same process when you go to hire a CEO as you would say a regular person, and you don't put an add in the local paper. Just does not happen that way. You know who the players are in the CEO world, and who is the right candidate for the job period.

Pepsi Q. (Qestion from shareholder) Some have tried to find Jim Flanagan's series 7 license to no avail. Can you direct us to where to look?
Pedro A. Write Jim Flanagan and CC Pedro.. Make a request to Jim and say that Pedro says that you are to provide this information.. Simple as that..

Pepsi Q. Disimplex still in the picture.
Pedro A. Absolutely.. (I was taken and shown this site as I mentioned in previous post).

Pepsi Q. PNMS have plans to abandon US Market? If yes when?
Pedro A. PNMS is being offered an alternative to get off the pink sheet market that in Pedro's opinion is being pummelled. The plan is to offer other pink sheets this alternative as well down the road.

Pepsi Q. If there is 1 thing you can tell us to reassure us that the company will succeed what would it be?
Pedro A. Panamersa has been around since 1976 (33 years). It is not going away anytime soon.
