The board is rather slow today... I wanted to share with the board as most are shareholders on it (as I am) what occurred on my meeting with Pedro Borges Fiol. These are only my opinions as you all know in the first part although if the board would like my question and answer session I had with Pedro, later on break I will share that perhaps as well... Much will depend on how this post is received...

At length I was sent an email by Pedro Borges Fiol, asking me to call him to arrange an appointment to meet with him.. He informed me that he would arrange to pick me up, take me to lunch, a meeting, and then show me a couple of places. We made the arrangements and he came to pick me up at my house right on time.. Pedro arrived at my house with his driver.. The car was nothing pretentious (nothing flashy) just a small newer style economy car..

My impression of him was that of a passionate, driven business man who loves what he does (making wealth and helping others to do so as well)... We first went to eat at a restaurante near Panama City on the coastline, and in this laid back atmosphere Pedro generously told me to spend as much time as I would like to ask him any questions as he explained it "you are important to me as a shareholder." It must have taken a better part of 1 hour to go through my questions with Pedro... At no time did he give the appearance he had something to hide, or was unwilling to answer my questions.. IMHO Pedro exceeded my expectations. He was courteous throughout the whole visit (whether at the restaurant or showing me around the WTC)...

Next we went to the WTC and here I first was taken to the 6th floor.. In this building I was not allowed to take pictures but this is not something new. He explained the procedure that this is a general security policy.. At the 6th floor we went down small hall type area and came to a door called "The Game Place." I asked him the significance as it seems like a strange name and asked if there is some type of casino located within.. He said let me show you.. Inside there are many offices.. He not only explained the significance of "The Game Place," but showed me.. I will get to that below.. I believe causeimdaddydammit has already referenced this in a post of his I read this morning...

There are many offices on this floor and Pedro took me down the hall and into an office where he introduced me to MT who was sitting at a desk... Pedro also introduced me to Manuel Puron, who was also there in MTs office, former President of Sony Latin America (central America).. Sony has (or had) offices there and thus stores their music materials (therefore the name The Game Place)... As I said many offices in this section.

Then he said let us show you Disemplex on the 10th floor. We went up to the 10th floor and came to a door entitled EIS (Disemplex)... We (Pedro, MT, Manuel and myself) proceeded down a short hall and came to an office where I was introduced to 2 people (man and a woman) who were working on design etc., for Disemplex.. Don't know the technical jargon on that stuff sorry...

Pedro finished the day by giving me a history lesson and his vision as to what he envisions.... Pedro says he was molded by the US and patterns his economic vision under 2 greats from the past (JP Morgan and Rockafeller)... That vision envolves economic integration, not unlike the European Union as he explained.. So he posed the question. If they can do that why not the Americas....

Anyway these are my thoughts and opinions as to what happened yesterday... It was a very long day and Pedro took special time out of schedule to take a shareholder around.. I feel it was a priviledge not a right that he expended his time and energy to do that... IMOH says alot about the MAN.... Not just anyone would do that...
