Info about the Public Registry of Panama, which does indeed list Fundacion Pan America as a registered company:

Is the most important government institution in the national economy. It is in charge of verifying, recording and testifying business transactions that can be legally enforced against third parties. Its powers include the registration of the constitution, modification and extinction of rights on real estate property, national and foreign public limited companies, plants and aircrafts, profit and non-profit making civil associations, private foundations,the registration of mortgages on personal property and the issuing of registration certificates.
