Joseph J. Meuse (Belmont Partners) acquired 33.64M shares of Distributed Power (DPWI) earlier this year. DPWI changed to GPSI in April 2007 and Meuse appears to still be a director with a heavy stake in the company.

This one is down from .60 down to .0014 x .0018. Either this is due for the mutha of all bounces or down the drain.
