APC is now planning on B-3 drilling in Q-3 or Q-4 of 08. The Homer Ferrington Semi no longer appears to be in their plans. It is interesting their drilling plans meet the timeframe the Aban Abraham will be in the vicinity.

I would think a re-read of the post I am replying to could be beneficial for going forward. A joint exploration effort amongst the B-1 thru B-4 operators on the horizon with Addax taking the lead behind the know how of Jeff Schrull and the team he's put together???

Better yet, a B-1 thru B-4 development project of a cluster of finds on this blocks in the future? Why is this desireable? This is ultra deep water and two of the operators (read: Addax and SNP) don't have any ultra deep experience. I would think they would both be pleased as punch to have either CVX or APC develop the 4 blocks. Yes, CVX and SNP have a history of joint efforts elsewhere.

As importantly, if it does play out like this, wouldn't the operator that is developing want further interest in the other blocks? I would think so.....
