The new construction office arrived yesterday. See it here on the right.
When I was there today, H3's Job Expeditor from New York State and his son were there along with H3's Florida GC (General Contractor) and one electrician. They were expecting a couple more electricians to arrive shortly because they are going to wire power up to that new construction office this afternoon.
Here's the trench they dug this morning, a little before I arrived. The electric lines will go in that trench.
Here's what the inside of the new office looks like.
The expeditor was working in the SodaShop kitchen, using a stainless steel food prep table as a desk, while I was taking these photos. Before I left, at 12:30 pm, I ducked inside to say to the expeditor "Have a good afternoon and I'll see you next week" knowing that his usual routine is to return to NY on the weekend, to take care of his business in NY Monday & Tuesday and come back to Florida on Wednesday. He's dividing himself between New York and Florida the best he can.
But he replied to me "No, I'm gonna stay down here another week, I'm not flying back to NY because I've got too much work to do down, here in Florida." He is very serious about getting this SodaShop done and opened.
Have a nice weekend everyone.
