HELLO SODASHOP FANS FROM SUNNY ST PETERSBURG, FLORIDA WHERE H3 IS ON SCHEDULE TO OPEN IT'S FIRST HipHopSodaShop at 8901 4th Street North. All pictures were taken this afternoon, 08/16/07. Hit your "F11" Key so you can see these pictures "full Screen."

Yeah, I know I said it "On Schedule", I'm finding out you can't underestimate the capabilities of the "new" team working on the SodaShop right now. I'm finding my experience of the last 6 months with the SodaShop doesn't apply to this new team. They're getting things done a lot faster. And that goes especially for the expeditor from New York who fly's down here with his son (who has his own business in New York) every week to see this through. As a matter of fact, you could say, there are two expeditors from New York because the expeditors son is fully involved, ordering things on his cell phone, assisting his father, they are a great team and H3 is lucky to have them both. If this group had been running things last January, I'd have to say SodaShop #0001 would have been open in March. But thank goodness they're here now.

There has been a lot of contractors over there today. I know because from 12:30 pm to about 3 pm, I was peddling my bike in the neighborhood, I saw them coming and going and finally around 3, I peddled over there to say hello. Tomorrow a construction trailer/office is going to be delivered and put over to the right in this picture. It'll be right above where they put the new grease trap sewer a few months ago. They want to be able to have access to the internet, use their fax, etc, etc and not be in the way of all the construction they plan to be going on inside the SodaShop very soon.

This is right where the construction office trailer will go tomorrow, where those orange marker stakes are.

This is an interior shot, I hope they don't throw me off the property the next time for showing you this, this is in the kitchen, which is not gutted, like out front so maybe I'm Ok, I hope so. I wanted to show it to you because it's one example of how much better they are going to make this place now, rather than if they followed the "old" plans. What you see here is where the freezer and cooler used to be in the kitchen. They ripped both out and threw them away in the dumpster. A new outdoor cooler and outdoor freezer will be installed outside. The electrical panels in the "electrical panel" room, on the other side of that block wall, where the step ladder is are going outside also, to make even more room than you see here. That will mean they will have a ton more of additional room inside for a new private office where they can talk to prospective franchisees in private and a new private VIP Room, where VIPs can play the games in privacy separate from the public rooms up front. They are thinking of everything.

Here's another view in the kitchen looking the other way and you can see where the H3 HD TV is, that's where their "office" is squeezed into now.

Have a nice evening everyone and mark your calendar for September 25th, to attend the Grand Opening. Unless there is a hurricane or some key item gets delayed, they're on schedule.
