Note:

Chinese systems with TPM 1.2 (CTPM) and beyond require their own encryption that drives a different silicon implementation from rest of the world. Prior to this implementation, computers sold in China were required to have the TPM feature disabled.

The CTPM also uses Windows® Vista BitLocker for security rather than the Embassy Trusted Suite software.
