In a previous post I was pointing out that from legal documents we know that it can't be higher than 1,194,679,768
Using round numbers, it must be between 362 Million and 1.194 Billion. Again, we know this from the legal documents (filings)
Other stated information indicates 362 Million (90% of O/S), and that is what I'm going with.
The buy-back does state “up to” which does mean they could technically buy just one share and fulfill that obligation. However based on the trend (thus far) that current management has established, I would expect them to buy back a significant amount, and announce that fact. They may very well have already bought some back. If you were actually going to buy back shares, wouldn't you have?
I have no doubt there is a NSS position here, the trading volume this month is indicative of that, since we know the range that the float must be in. I see no other way to account for the volume even after considering the churning (flipping) that is occurring. The MM games that we have witnessed also leave that as the only logical conclusion for their activity.
Let's see what the following week brings, as I think it will bode very well for all of us :)
