Warhorse, with your thoughts…

You are correct. Pink sheets stocks are pink for a reason and almost always, those reasons are not positive. The reasons why though they even exist are for good and bad. Yes, there are some that exist to scam and rip people off through selling shares into the market for their own selfish reasons outside of growing their company.

As for the good pink sheets stocks with good intentions, they exist because they are really trying to convert the public to a level of belief to where the public believes enough in their product, business, or service to where the companies don’t have to raise capital through selling of shares to exist. This is what would be a profitable company and would guarantee an investor growth on the money they invested in proportion to the company’s growth.

When you come across a pink sheet company that could provide growth to their business objectives without the need to sell shares to raise capital, then such is a thing of beauty that “ALL” should take under serious consideration as an investment. You know as you have just insinuated that such is almost unheard of within the pink sheets stock world.

If you go back and read how WNSH is raising capital, or how there are planning on raising capital for those not believing just yet, you could easily see that they don’t need to sell shares to exist as a business entity. This is unheard of for a pink sheets stock.

WNSH even made it very clear in their recent PR where they stated…

… Additionally, in keeping with the strategy of Winsted being a business incubator, the company plans no 504 registrations, or other dilutive capital raising programs. Also, no reverse splits are planned due to both managements direction for the company and the SEC's investigation of the former management's potential violation of Section 23 of the 1940 Act, in this regard. …

That piece is awesome and should have eradicated any thoughts of old which one might have had believing WNSH to be a dilution machine. That complete PR was very very solid. Please correct me if I am wrong.
