I bought one of their keyboards about 4 years ago.

See the keyboard pictured here
http://www.pocketopcorp.com/

It's the same one I bought 4 or 5 years ago, when this was their web site
http://www.pocketop.net/

So on their original web site, click on Support, then on Drivers.

That takes you to this page
http://www.pocketop.net/drivers.htm

"The Pocketop original keyboard has been discontinued. CanScan Imaging has been engaged to support existing customers. CanScan will provide technical support for our popular keyboard to customers that wish to pay for their service. Pocketop reserves the right to accept or denie service at its descresion." [grate mess-spilling!]

According to the web archive (http://www.archive.org/index.php), Pocketop was having a clearance sale of the keyboards from 29th August 2004.
http://pocketop.net/" target="_blank">http://web.archive.org/web/20040829145611/http://pocketop.net/

Feb 29th 2005 was the date the web site was updated to show the keyboard had been discontinued
http://web.archive.org/web/20050305052749/www.pocketop.net/drivers.htm

Anyway, back to the current version of the original web site
http://www.pocketop.net/drivers.htm
Scroll down 'till you see the link Select here to Purchase Support. Click it and it takes you here, where you can purchase support, or get email support for free. Not really sure what you get if you buy support ......

Now - go back to the current website, as listed in iBox, and it's the first link I posted here - http://www.pocketopcorp.com/

Click the Support button. It takes you to this page http://www.pocketopcorp.com/support.html
Click on any of these links

• Beta Products
• Drivers
• Parts
• Questions
• Register \

... Each one takes you to the message "This page is being updated and presently under construction."

Again, according to the web archive, http://www.pocketopcorp.com/," target="_blank">http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.pocketopcorp.com/, it's been like this since May 1st 2007. No sign of any change since then.

Email support of you like, there's an address here http://www.pocketopcorp.com/contact.html - you get no response, but if you attach a read receipt, you might get a confirmation the email was looked at after two or three weeks.

As far as I am concerned, right now this is a dead company with no products. I think the entire hullabaloo over the last few months was a total scam to separate us from our cash. Nothing more, nothing less.

I look forward to being proven wrong.
