Janice, to answer your question...

Why not? Especially if you were shown how much more cheaply you could get this as a shell after being shown the amount that would need to be spent to fix it. Consider the questions below to you in which I don't have answers to either...

Do you think it would have been better for him to take the IPO route if this is as big as some might think or even better?

Or…

Do you think it would have been better to buy a good clean shell?

Or...

Do you know about how much he probably saved by taking this route instead of buying a good clean shell?

Personally, I could not have fixed my brain to question his motives for such because it’s not like me, you, or anyone of us here are doing as he and Appletree Capital is doing. Actually, I and many others here in WNSH are glad that such a decision was made by them to takeover WNSH.

After all, since he is the CEO and we are just shareholders (or observers), I personally think he is in a better position to make a sound decision for executing his business objectives. I think he has a little learning to do for growing his stock as was mentioned, but I think he is up on us in growing his company. This is just how I see things.
