A cash dividend would be great. I still think that naked shorting is all done electronically with shares because they are fictitiously created.
A cash dividend should force the Market Makers (MMs) to cover. They MMs can't fictitiously create cash to put into ones account as they do stock/shares while naked shorting or covering a naked shorted position.
Most important though, since the Insiders own 90% of WNSH, any payment would be like the company paying them selves.
Example: A $10 million cash dividend would warrant $9 million going back to the company's OS to pay them selves while the $1,000,000 would go towards the 400 million shares in the Float.
