I just spent the past hour reviewing the posts for "investyrstallone" (with a "y") and all I can say is "WOW!"

I'll save the rest of you the research of digging up his contributions as I have compiled a list of those I felt were "interesting." Enjoy!

Everyone on this board is Ken. No, I'm not. Get a life guys

There's no volume. Who are the restricted preferred shareholders supposedly selling stock to? Guys, get a life.

You're wrong, I'm James and Ken. You guys think everyone who doesn't want to bash this stock is either James or Ken. You guys are pathetic.

Lied to about what? It sounds like you have been given answers to your questions and you just don't like the answers. Then you take the step of further speculating. Its not lying when somebody tells you the truth. When the company sold a 504 issue to finish their last film, they told you about it and you bitched and moaned about it. They told you about the RS and you bitched and moaned about it. They told you about the dividend and you bitched and moaned about it. I am just saying that you have to be big boys, do your own due diligence and make your own decisions. Don't blame them on management. I don't. You should be happy the stock is so low now, so you can buy more. I believe this stock is undervalued and when one of the movies hits, I will not be around to say "I told you so."

I'm leaving the board. Just want to correct your spelling. Its "riddance"

This board is a waste of time. Investing in apeculative stocks is not for the weak of heart. For us that make our picks and take the risk, we can lose big or make it big. I prefer to make it big. So I am not going to post on this board anymore. I have been buying stock at bargain prices all week and just observing you guys without posting. What a bunch of whiners and complainers! Why are you even holding?

Are they restricting again? I notice they are buying stock at 15 cents, but not selling it (They are on the offer at $2) Keep bothering them.

I think everyone should write complaint letters to their respective online brokers, demanding restrictions be lifted. Maybe large numbers of complaints will get them to stop.

In reply to: insanity who wrote msg# 28697

I hope so because this is getting very frustrating.

* Posted by: investyrstallone
In reply to: insanity who wrote msg# 28695

Yeah, but how much pressure does it take? They are not filling orders at the ask at all.

In reply to: insanity who wrote msg# 28637

I doubt it, but it was good to see UBSS come off the offer today and sit on the high bid--I think it means they are trying to cover their shorts. I will keep up the pressure on Snott Trade to try to get them to lift.

None of the online brokers are filling any orders. E Trade is bidding for stock at 15. This is criminal and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

In reply to: insanity who wrote msg# 28632

Let's get some buys in there at 17 and close out a Friday in a good way. We have really shown these shorters who means business today, boys

* Posted by: investyrstallone
In reply to: insanity who wrote msg# 28617

If that's the case, they should have brought in those between orders as a high bid! We need to keep up the buying pressure, thats the only way.

Which online broker is trying to talk you out of buying it? Ameritrade? I don't know because I am with Scott.

I'm calling this MOFO right now. Everyone should clog their switchboard today. Its time this ended.

I do too. And I think we are all fools. We should all be buying today and tomorrow, in anticipation of Sunday's auditions and who they will announce is in the movie on Monday.

In reply to: wweeaazz who wrote msg# 28035

I will send an email to them about the dilution issue as well. The real problem I have experienced is restrictions on online trading. I think we have to start a rebellion against these online traders. Ameritrade is the worst! What is the point of having an online account if you have to wait to talk to one of these young punks whose last job probably was at a Mc Donalds to trade your ***** stock????? I am mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore. I suggest that we all flood the compliance dept of Ameritrade with phone calls.

I agree. They never seem to buy it while its cheap. They just pee and moan.

I think we can break 18 and go even higher if people continue to buy

I don't have premium service so I can't respond to your private messages. What makes you think I am James or Ken? Is that a compliment to them? I used to work for Sony.

If its not ready to go to a theater or film festival then its not ready. I know a little bit about the movie business. After the edit, a theatrical film has about 2 months of music and sound work (if not more) unless you want it to go straight to video. I saw the trailer and think its worthy of a theatrical release. It all depends on how they want to market it.

* Posted by: investyrstallone
In reply to: inxy who wrote msg# 27832

Its like a fine wine. Not ready until its time. Doesn't mean it will never be released. That's negative thinking. The biggest steps, those of filming and editing, are already done. Why be so negative on the home stretch? Doesn't make sense.

In reply to: brokestocker who wrote msg# 27828

I don't have premium service, so in answer to your question, most of my holdings were acquired after the RS

Then you do think there is ceiling room on this one. So why do you bash the company? Don't you think that may be counter productive to your goal?

* Posted by: investyrstallone
In reply to: moondoggie who wrote msg# 27816

You obviously underestimate the fact that there is already a niche audience for this film, which has proven to sell out stadiums in UFC and Pride FC events, and $30 million pay per view pay offs as well.

Sense of humor? I lost people in 9/11. I'll never have a sense of humor about this subject and neither should you. I wrote an email to Hergott about this. He told me that this guy has a my space page with Osama's face on it? That guy is sick.

I have to agree with you that I am disgusted that the market has not reacted to any positive news. But there doesn't seem to be a lack of it. I am disgusted that the shareholder's requests for transparency were answered but that the market reacted negatively to it, but I can't say that they don't care about shareholder value. They have always answered all my questions and it seems they are an open book.

* Posted by: investyrstallone
In reply to: wweeaazz who wrote msg# 27742

I am getting really disgusted with this board and all the negativity. Just what is it that you and the other bashers don't believe? You don't believe that they made a movie and released it last year? You don't believe that they have a TV series on satellite TV? Or you don't believe they just put a feature film in the can? Where do you think the trailer came from and why do you think it was made? You don't believe that they have two world champion fighters for Never Submit? Do you think James just had his picture taken with them for fun? I can see that you may be disgusted with the stock price, as we all are, but just how does that relate to any so called false information and what is that false information? Educated investors want to know.

* Posted by: investyrstallone
In reply to: sneak who wrote msg# 27530

Agreed on all points, but with two completed movies (each movie should take about a year to make unless its crap) and one TV series already in the can, I think they will make it. I just can't understand the mood of the board that they should stop making new movies until they sell Say it in Russian. That seems to be stupid to me. Like saying to a grocery store to sell all the products on their shelves before order anything else.

I still don't see how they forced the price down. And I am not shifting blame--just want to see if anything you say makes sense.

* Posted by: investyrstallone
In reply to: sneak who wrote msg# 27526

Still does not make sense. Even major studios have branches that produce indie films and they are all done with risk capital financing. They don't put their own money at risk.

* Posted by: investyrstallone
In reply to: wweeaazz who wrote msg# 27512

How is making another movie an idiotic business move? Just curious.

* Posted by: investyrstallone
In reply to: joro44 who wrote msg# 27520

Your post makes no sense but the most ridiculous part is "they forced the price down." Why would they force the price down? How does that make it easier for them to raise more money for their own personal gain as you put it? You say "pump and dump." Isn't the point of a pump and dump to raise the price so they can sell stock at higher prices? I didn't know the point was to lower the price so all your investors get screwed. How does that benefit James and Ken? Am I missing something?

* Posted by: investyrstallone
In reply to: unluckyami who wrote msg# 27504

I think you may be missing the big picture. What are they going to use to fund the film if not new investors--thin air? The way I read it is that the IPEI shareholder gets a position in the company, which spreads our risk over all the films. Of course people who put money directly into the film benefit--would you expect them to do it for nothing?

In July, News Corp. spent $580 million in cash to acquire Intermix Media Inc. That deal brought social networking site MySpace into News Corp.'s Fox Interactive Media group. Maybe James is onto something here. It would be great to see the SIIR trailer on 10 million MySpace pages.

How do you know that this party was paid for with company money? I heard that the Chairman of this co sold his house and put all the proceeds into the company, and took a loan against his current house to put more money into the company. Managers with their own funds at risk are usually signs of belief in a company. Plus, it doesn't sound like someone who needs to raid the company's piggy bank for birthday cake.

23 cents was the last post. I have level 2. The bid is 23 and the ask 51. It traded on the ask all day then at the last minute there was a hit on the bid for 400 shares (80 bucks). Too bad the co doesn't have level 2 on the pinks or you would know that.
