GM Wing and all, I received a reply from Paul about the shareholder's meeting and what we can expect to date.

Allie,

The meeting is still in the planning stages, but I will keep you informed as to the written information to be supplied to shareholders at the meeting.

The Spooz presentation for the meeting will include discussions on everything shareholders wish to know about Spooz, with the exception of certain details to be withheld due to their proprietary nature or legal ramifications. In short, Spooz will be as transparent as is prudent given the magnitude of the launch that will occur soon thereafter.

At the meeting Spooz will present sensitive strategic initiatives, elements of future product development and SWARM. It is in the best interests of all shareholders that we STRICTLY PROHIBIT AND ENFORCE PROHIBITION of shareholders wishing to create video and audio recordings of the meeting. While we have no intention of preventing shareholders from disclosing and discussing what they witness, we can not allow any photographic representations of sensitive information to escape the Spooz offices.

Spooz will record the meeting. A version (in some form) may be posted for those not in attendance to view, but as in baseball and in life, there are no guarantees. We are, however, excited about presenting our efforts to our shareholders and invited guests. I am sorry that you will not be able to attend, but perhaps next year will be different.

Best Regards,

Paul D. Strickland, Jr.

The secret to profitable investing is to buy into well-run companies at the beginning of their earnings growth cycle—before Wall Street takes notice and bids up the stock price.
My opinions are my own. You have to decide and do what's best for you.
