mide,

the post "followingte" relayed to you is relevant to your question as well as this one.

mide, I think most of the confusion on this topic stems from the fact that we are trading on the pinks. Everyone needs to realize we trade there and that is it. Because we do trade there now in no way relieves Globetel from reporting as we did on the Amex and the OTC. The time lines are the same as always too, we are a non- accelerated filer and quarterlies and 10KSB filing deadlines can be found here..
http://www.secfile.net/SEC_calendar.htm

Example: Globetels annual 10KSB is due April 2nd...next Monday
look for the delayed filing on this also..NT 10-K

It is quite clear in the paragraph below that a company does not have to do much of anything to be quoted on pinks. The catch 22 here is that Globetel HAS ALREADY registered securities so they must conform to reporting duties. We are on the pinks because we are not current with reporting.

"Issuers are not required to register securities with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), or be current in their reporting requirements to be quoted on the Pink Sheets. These registration and reporting requirements apply to securities quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB), Nasdaq, NYSE and other national securities exchanges."
