righty, the companyhouse information provides cristal clear evidence that Larry Skolnik hasn't told the truth about the Somaliland assets. So he deals with a company with no track record at all, that is far away from being a Chinese company or dealing in China. If he deals with the ICPC guys he must have known that they are behind Rova Energy as well and if they sell the same assets to a Jersey based company that advertise those assets at their homepage I have big problems to regard Larry Skolnik just as stupid. I fear the Dalian story has a similar background because I havn't found the proposed HK company at the HongKong business registry and we have found some evidence that the persons behind Actel/Aikete operate from outside the USA (suggested by the webserver behind the actel-web address). You knwo that I'm convinced about EQBM and SOMA being a scam - have told you a hundred times and with every day I'm even more convinced.
