Why did Clinton link Al Qaeda and Iraq in 1998

if the liberals are continually telling us that Iraq had no affiliation with terrorism when we "invaded" the country?

But wait, this statement wasn't made by Bush! It was made by a democrat in 1998! Bush wasn't even in office, so how he could manipulate this intelligence? But..but...liberals contend that Bush made this link up to invade Iraq!

Can we get a liberal to explain how Bush manipulated 1998 intelligence?

Are liberals lying for opportunistic reasons? Do they forget history? Why do liberals continue to embolden the enemy by spreading lies and venom?
