I use lowtrades.

They are adequate. $5 trades on everything including pennies. Additional fees only kick in if you trade over 100,000 shares.

They pay money market interest on cash balances, free checking,
ACH transfers by phone are usually available the next day (I think there's no holding period for smaller amounts, like $5000 or so).

I have had some difficulty getting complete quotes (bid/ask) on pink sheet stocks, but I also use Ameritrade so I get them from there.

Lowtrades is better than Ameritrade or Scottrade on commissions and funds availability.

Reducing trading fees is of considerable value in investing.
