Float increased 6 million from December. Outstanding shares increased 5.3 million from December.

So all the time folks were worrying about the IDWD restricted stock being sold, instead new unrestricted shares were released to insiders and immediately sold in the open market?

Weighted-average price would put that at about $4.2 million dollars in someone's pocket, while diluting the $41.5 initial value of the special dividend...and before the squawking about "the value has gone up, PR said so!" begins, stow it.....unless you will buy my HLS shares for $1.10 per share TODAY.

This may wind up more like GMCC, with IDWD requesting its own delisting.
