It is my understanding that Baltia has contracted the services of 2 professional consulting firms - Professional Aviation Services run by Jose Pagan, and Aviation Content Management, LLC run by Phillip Vallone. Aviation Content Management is FAA Certified and are technical manual consultants and are known for helping Jet Blue get certification. To further expedite the process, Baltia has an agreement with the above mentioned Professional Aviation Services and a Mr. Jose Pagan (verify by calling Jose) - these guys review and amend manuals which is the crux of the approval process. These guys are one of only 7 certification consultants in the country and very good at what they do.

Baltia has a 10q coming up and i would imagine much of this will be in there as it has been mentioned before. They are moving forward with the approval process - and I believe will respond to the DOT later this week. This entire process is being expedited through the use of these FAA certified consultants.

Holding all here....I believe this pullback was a great opportunity for new investors to take positions and consider the potential upside here. I don't think there is any doubt that when Baltia gets approval- this stock will erupt. IMO - that's one of the MAIN plays here. I encourage everyone to call around and ask questions like me. Everything i just mentioned can be found by doing the same thing. The consultants are wellknown and mentioned before by Baltia. Best of luck everyone. BLUE
