Patrick Schaefer isn't a penny stock newb. As a matter of fact, I'd consider him to be a pro when it comes to the pinks.

He and the RRGI CFO, Craig Leitner, have known each other for at least 8 years and when Patrick was the CEO of World Roller Alliance's roller derby he brought in Craig Leitner as the Secretary/Treasurer for WRA. Leitner, a Florida CPA, is the current CFO for Reality Racing/RRGI also.

Here is the link to the SB-2 filing that was submitted back on November 21, 2001 to form World Roller Alliance and it provides very readable details on the WRA stock offering, business plan, and the stock prospectus details.

I know it seems daunting because of the length, but it is a very interesting read as there are definite parallels to RRGI in my opinion. Just scroll down through the SB2 and read the descriptions and strategies. It's very well written and is also widely comprehensive.

This post isn't directed toward Lee Schaefer as it appears to me that he wasn't involved with WRA.

It's important to realize that the RRGI registered agent, Patrick Schaefer, isn't some novice in the World of penny stocks. Not at all.

And, if you look through the executive bios in that WRA SB-2 filing, you'll note that Patrick Schaefer has plenty of experience with entertainment contracts and agreements.

"PATRICK J. SCHAEFER, PRESIDENT, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER and DIRECTOR

Mr. Schaefer formed the World Roller Alliance in August, 1999 as a spin
off of an earlier sports entertainment company. He was President of Olympia
Promotions, Inc. from 1983 through August, 1986. From August 1986 through
August 1989, Mr. Schaefer was Vice President/International Operations for RJS
Marketing Worldwide, Inc. In August 1989, Mr. Schaefer founded the World Roller
Federation. The WRF changed formats and names to become RollerSport Challenge
in December 1995, and again changed formats and names to the World Roller
Alliance in August, 1999 to meet the changing demands of television audiences."

Do you really think that he (Patrick) was some sort of dimwitted dupe who was tricked into some contractual mess as many on this board suggest?

I think that Patrick Schaefer is a smarter guy than many have given credit.

All in my opinion only and should be taken as such.
