BOARD PLEASE READ:

I just got off the phone with Eric Lackniff, and he informed me the total O/S is now 67,937,954M shares O/S.... He also told me total sales for last year were $7M, and we should be expecting a PR on sales growth next week or so.. He said that the reason for the increase O/S was to raise capital for upcoming acquisitons that they have lined up...

HE also said that they are planning on releasing a Letter of Intent Soon also.....

He says their very bullish, and feel that by the end of this year they will be a profitable company..
