Theres more to it then an article. I don't expect most Penny traders to do any real DD since it's all about the momo anyways. All the info is in the previous filings. We know for a fact Sutoic is paying $2,000,000 for UWRL. We also know the company was doing about $3.5M in revenues and had a decent customer base. I hate to disagree though on your opinions on VOIP. VC's and Angels are moving away from manufacturing/production/oil Companies and back into the Technology sectors. Ever heard the term "web 2.0" ? Infastructure has caught up with mainstream technology now. It's time for another Tech boom and wireless broadband will prove more feasable now then converted 3G networks based on cell technology. The reason VOIP has never taken hold in the market is because the big major companies have done everything they can to hold it back. We happen to be the only Country that doesn't have an decent VOIP/broadband network. The reason ??? Because they wouldn't be able to charge us by the minute for phone usage, thats why. Broadband/VOIP would do away with per minute charges and that would just be so un-American haha.
