Yes I know it's there but while the process leading up to the approval of the R/S by shareholders, nowhere I can find was a disclaimer by the company if shareholders approved the R/S could Cornell sell at market below .40 cents. All I can remember is the company stating Cornell Couldn't sell below .40 so we would approve the R/S.

Just going by memory cause I doubt all the sheep would have approved the R/S if the company told shareholders Cornell will have a clause in the SB-2 to be able to sell less than .40 cents.

Just my opinion.
