BRILLIANT NEWS !!!!!!!!!!
I think as a shareholder in mzei I have every right to ask questions about Marshall's lack of transparency towards his investors. How many revised timelines has he missed in the last 3 years??? If he cannot deliver its time for him to take a back seat.
Why are their no shareholders meetings????
Ed Marshall accountable to whom????

Been there myself with elan years ago.Gut wrenching!!!!Everything changes thats for sure and the sp will head back up when the dust settles. CTIX is a completely different kettle of fish.

Whats a years pay worth???
Cant believe I may get some more sub 2s soon.
An opinion worth paying attention to.Thanks eom.
Agree with you.
I am hoping that Kevetrin can stand on its own feet.
"» Efficacy was either equivalent to or greater than standard chemotherapeutic agents, given at approximately equitoxic doses."
The example given was to show what problems combos can throw up.
lol With Kevetrin the possibilities are endless.
Would love Kevetrin to be a standalone.
Avonex and Tysabri combo for MS was a disaster.
Brilliant article Karin.
Excellent comments as well.
Well worth reading all 3 of your articles on CTIX

The second Pfizer multikinase inhibitors name ?
Sunitinib (Sutent) we know, anybody have a clue about the second ??????
"Additional studies are being conducted at Beth Israel Deaconess to research Kevetrin in conjunction with [b]two Pfizer multikinase inhibitors as potential new therapies for renal cancer and melanoma."
Axitinib
(Inlyta®) Description
Pfizer Oral multikinase inhibitor that targets VEGFR-1, -2, -3.
Approved indications:
Advanced renal cell carcinoma after failure of one prior systemic therapy.

Phase I dose escalation trial of tremelimumab plus sunitinib in patients (pts) with metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC).
http://www.thepharmaletter.com/file/20144/pfizer-revives-development-of-tremelimumab-for-advanced-melanoma-in-deal-with-debiopharm.html
Detailed Description:
Kevetrin was found to be effective in pre-clinical studies of human xenograft tumor models and was reasonably well-tolerated at therapeutic doses in the non-clinical animal studies. Kevetrin was also effective in multi-drug resistant tumor models; therefore, Kevetrin has the potential to treat tumors that have become resistant to standard chemotherapy. This trial will determine tolerance in humans and, possibly, efficacy with a Phase I, open-label, dose-escalation, safety, pharmacokinetic, and pharmacodynamic study of Kevetrin, in adult patients with solid tumors.
LOL Has not dampened my enthusiasm for nviv
Maybe in time pick up a few cheapies.

FDA SEEM WELL IMPRESSED

(Thanks veni vidi vici)

"We had a very, very productive meeting with the FDA just on April 12th. I can tell you that everybody’s assessment was that we got everything we asked for - that basically is what our experience was in that meeting. Of course, the meeting was led by Bob Langer who is the former head of the science advisory board. Some of the people on the committee from the FDA even commented about their wonderful experiences in working with Bob in the past. They used words like “legends” and things like that – more words that we use to describe Bob. But to hear your committee using them certainly provides a lot…a little excitement and, you know, as we left the group, I think we had about 12, 13 people from InVivo in that meeting, we were chased out, we were literally by our [inaudible] let out of the building. You know, Chance Hogan, who everybody knows has represented us from day 1 of the company from a regulatory standpoint [inaudible].. says in their 20 something years of representing companies he has never seen anybody chased out of the FDA building. And his first comment to us was: was this the best thing that we have seen in 100 years? And of course, we felt the same way. And then the second question was, when are you getting your gel through? It is so exciting and can change everything. And then, of course, we had a great little productive conversation on the next steps, even outside the building."
News due soon
"The Company expects to receive feedback from the FDA on the HUD request in January 2013."

These guys are seriously motivated. Sir Richard Roberts son is a paraplegic and the CEO of this company was paralyzed himself and battled to walk again.
lOOK AT THE TEAM THEY HAVE ASSEMBLED
http://www.invivotherapeutics.com/about-us/our-team/
Westeffer thank you.
nviv is truly incredible.
Frank selling small amounts of shares hasnt put me off.Apparently he told shareholders well in advance that he would be selling small amounts(personal reasons).
I appreciate a CEO being so up front with shareholders.
I have loads of reading to do and thanks for that valuable info.
Frank is a brilliant public speaker.
Patents sown up
He was paralyzed himself.
I like this guy he is a walking miracle.
"speed to patient"
Wow gotta listen again.
WOW !!!!!!!! NVIV
"The company has tested its device in over 40 monkeys with SCI and every one has walked again within two to three weeks. Trial results in monkeys are as good a proxy for what will happen in humans. So this is a very exciting time. Human trials should start in the first part of 2013.
While there are no guarantees, the success on all 40 monkeys tested and the involvement of Nobel Prize candidate Bob Langer of MIT, gives us a measure of confidence."

CTIX may go straight to Phase 3
So, we’re hoping for efficacy to be seen in Phase I, which is a very unusual situation. If this happens, it is possible that the FDA will allow us to skip Phase II and go to Phase III trials. In the best case scenario, we could be on the market in two-and-a-half years and generating very significant revenue.

Really looking forward to clsn next week.
CLSN Share price will get a lot more volatile again with every passing day without results in my opinion.
Strong nerves required!!!!!!!!
Terimakasih Etradeedge,
Ctix could pave the way for a massive leap forward in the treatment of Cancer Psoriasis and Autism.
Anything below 5 dollars is cheap in my opinion.
The CEO publicly defends the SP has invested millions and hasn't taken a salary.
When news hits it will be real and many will be surprised how the SP will fly.
More patience required and one day you wake up and mzei is at plus .35
Third party independent corroboration from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center made a believer out of me.
"the Kevetrin/sunitinib combination is the first we've used in which actual tumor shrinkage is noted."
I am delighted to admit that I was very much mistaken and Ctix is driving my Gf nuts because I cant stop talking about it.
Lol Lol Lol
Thanks for the correction. (Im blind as a bat)
I do hope that NVIV will be a big winner for you.
TOB a ctix Elder Statesman Thanks a zillion!!!!!!!!!!!
Its a privilege to be involved in ctix at such an early stage.
Thanks for all the DD you and many others have provided on this board.
You are amongst the Top notch ctix shareholders with exceptional all round knowledge and integrity that reside on this forum.
Early days I know but its incredibly exciting with the possibilities of ctix.(kevetrin prurisol and further down the road KM-391 for autism)
Really TOB you are a Star
Loving what I am reading about NVIV
Cannot seem to find the video of the money that was paralyzed treated and 3 weeks later was walking again.
Apparently there is 40 more such monkeys with full recoveries.
Thanks a million your a star and pure class.
Thanks for so much DD
Onwards and upwards with Ctix.
"This study will provide vital insight to exploit the nuclear and/or mitochondrial pro-apoptotic function by Kevetrin in combination with other multikinase inhibitors in treatment of these malignancies."
I wasnt aware that Kevetrin was being tested in combination with Sunitib.
Shows how lousy my DD is.
Can anyone direct me towards any other possible combinations that Kevetrin is being used with.
possibly Axitinib????????

DrFeelgood I feel better all ready about Ctix and am humbled by some incredible posters on this board through their DD,technical knowledge and their fairness.
Above all I owe an apology to Dr Menon. I regret and fully retract my previous posts concerning Dr Menon.
I believe now I was so very wrong.
I have bought ctix shares and will continue to buy.
Im not a whale more like a tadpole.
